§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the erosee platform (hereinafter "Platform"), operated by Laszlo Bekoe, Christian-Pless-Strasse 11-13, 63069 Offenbach am Main (hereinafter "Operator"). erosee is a review and information platform for adult entertainment services. erosee does NOT broker, provide, or advertise erotic services.

§ 2 Registration & Accounts

2.1 Use of the Platform requires a minimum age of 18 years.

2.2 Truthful information must be provided during registration. Each person may only maintain one account.

2.3 The following account types exist: Guest (reviews, forum), Girl (internal profile, applications), Club (venue management, dashboard). The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations.

§ 3 User-Generated Content

3.1 Users are responsible for their content (reviews, forum posts, photos). By posting, users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, transferable license to display, translate, and moderate the content on the Platform.

3.2 The following is prohibited:

• Illegal, defamatory, or insulting content
• Personal data of third parties without their consent
• Spam, advertising, or commercial offers
• Fake or paid reviews
• Depictions of minors

3.3 The Operator reserves the right to remove or edit content without stating reasons.

§ 4 Review Guidelines

4.1 Reviews refer exclusively to venues (clubs, brothels, etc.), not to individual persons.

4.2 SMS verification is required before submitting a review.

4.3 A maximum of one review per venue per user is permitted.

4.4 Venue operators may not review their own venue.

§ 5 Club Accounts & Claiming

5.1 Venue operators can claim their profile through a verification process (document, phone verification).

5.2 Claimed venues must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

§ 6 Premium Subscriptions

6.1 erosee offers paid subscriptions (Basic, Business, Pro, Exclusive) with enhanced features. Current prices are available on the pricing page.

6.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time. Cancellation is possible at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 A 14-day right of withdrawal exists from the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content when performance has begun with express consent (§ 356(5) BGB).

§ 7 Girl Accounts & Casting

7.1 Girl accounts are internal accounts without a public profile. Profile data (physical attributes, services, photos) is used exclusively for the application process with clubs.

7.2 Girls can completely delete their profile and all associated data at any time.

§ 8 Liability

8.1 erosee does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed on the Platform, especially data from external sources (scraping).

8.2 The Operator's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

8.3 The Operator assumes no liability for interactions between users (e.g., club-girl communication).

§ 9 Data Protection

Details on the collection and processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 10 Final Provisions

10.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

10.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

10.3 The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Registered users will be informed of material changes by email.
