2. Data We Collect

2.1 Registration & Profile

During registration, we collect: email address, username, password (stored encrypted), and chosen role (Guest, Girl, Club). Optional: profile picture, phone number (for SMS verification). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

2.2 Reviews & Forum Posts

Reviews and forum posts are published under your username (pseudonymous). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

2.3 SMS Verification

For verification, we send a one-time code via SMS. Your phone number is stored encrypted and not shared with third parties. SMS delivery is provided by ClickSend (Australia). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (fraud prevention).

2.4 Payment Data

Payments are processed through CCBill. We do not store credit card data. CCBill receives data necessary for processing. Billing data (company, address, VAT ID) is retained for 10 years (§ 257 HGB). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

2.5 Server Logs

When visiting our website, the server automatically records: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access. This data is deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (IT security).

3. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies (session management, language setting, dark mode). We do NOT use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. Consent is not required for technically necessary cookies (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

4. Data Processors

We work with the following service providers:

• Supabase — Database & Authentication (Self-hosted, EU servers)
• Google (Gmail SMTP) — Email delivery (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses)
• ClickSend — SMS delivery (Australia, Standard Contractual Clauses)
• CCBill — Payment processing (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses)

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions. Passwords are stored exclusively as cryptographic hashes. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel.
